If they encounter any issues reaching your address or at a convenient time, they will promptly contact you to find a solution.

Where We Deliver
Currently, Exotic Crate proudly serves locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Freshness
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation Call via our Team. As we carefully prepare and dispatch your order, typically within 1 business days (Mandatory Handling Time) of confirmation, you can easily monitor its journey. Simply click the ‘Track’ button in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. Stay updated every step of the way!
Estimated Transit Time
The estimated transit time for your order is typically 1-2 business days (Transit Time) after dispatch, depending on your location within Delhi NCR. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. While we maintain a vast inventory of our exquisite fruits, certain rare or seasonal varieties might require sourcing directly from our trusted growers to ensure peak freshness. In such instances, slight delays may occur. During peak seasons or special events, delivery times might be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. Rest assured, we are always working diligently to get your fresh fruits to you as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments - No Need to Worry!
If your order contains a variety of our exceptional fruits, they might be shipped from different locations to ensure optimal handling and freshness. Don’t be concerned if you receive your order in multiple shipments. You will only be charged the applicable shipping fee on the first package you receive.

Cash On Delivery
We currently accept Cash On Delivery (COD) for orders between ₹3499 and ₹50,000.
Shipping Beyond India
At this time, Exotic Crate focuses on delivering the finest fruits within Delhi NCR. We do not currently offer domestic or international shipping.
