1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products, unless the item is defective or not as described.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable items (e.g., dates) after the packaging has been opened.
- Custom orders or products made to specific customer requests.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@exoticcrate.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and photos (if the product is damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with detailed instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for quality and condition. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for the replacement.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
